When Can Clients Leave a Review? #
Clients may submit a review only after engaging a professional through Crazywhiz, once the service has started or completed. If you haven’t met that condition but still want to express your experience, please contact our support team. Contact
What to Include in a Review #
When writing a review, please focus on factual, constructive feedback about your experience. Examples of useful points:
- Quality of the work completed
- Professionalism and punctuality
- Communication and responsiveness
- How problems or changes were managed
- Overall satisfaction and outcome
We ask you to stay respectful, avoid irrelevant commentary, and stick to the facts.
What Not to Include #
Reviews should never include:
- False, misleading, or defamatory statements
- Personal information (addresses, phone numbers, identification)
- Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
- External links, promotions, or solicitations
- Content irrelevant to the project or service
Any fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited on Crazywhiz. If you are ever offered money, discounts, or any other reward in exchange for leaving a review, please report it to us immediately using our contact form.
Removal or Modification of Reviews #
Crazywhiz retains the right to remove or amend any feedback that violates this policy. We may take action if:
- A review is not tied to a legitimate service arranged through our platform
- The content is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or incentivized
- The reviewer requests removal (subject to policy review)
- A court order or legal requirement demands it
Clients may edit a review through their account interface. To delete a review entirely, please contact support.
How Reviews Are Processed #
We allow reviews only from logged-in clients related to a verified job posted via Crazywhiz. All reviews receive a star rating (e.g. 1 to 5 stars). Professionals’ overall ratings are computed as the average of all valid reviews. We strictly prohibit “paid reviews” or incentivized feedback. We encourage professionals to respond to feedback politely and constructively. When replying:
- Stay factual and professional
- Avoid revealing personal or client details
- Don’t post promotional content
- Acknowledge issues and suggest resolution
